I’m Hubert Yee. Over the last fifteen years, I’ve helped companies grow through strategy, data, and disciplined execution. Through every role, one thing became clear: behind every campaign, challenge, and KPI is a person who wants to be understood, supported, and empowered.

With a background in sociology, ethnography, and nonprofit work, I spent years listening deeply to people’s stories and understanding their motivations.

Today, I bring together the best of both worlds: values-centered coaching, grounded in Growth, Respect, Courage, Understanding, and Compassion, and analytical, results-driven leadership. I am currently completing my ICF ACC certification and have built a coaching practice for people who want to grow, professionally and personally, but find themselves stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the path forward.

My coaching clients include emerging leaders, mid-career professionals, marketers, and individuals navigating transitions. Whether you’re trying to strengthen your presence, make better decisions, or understand what’s holding you back, I help you unpack what’s happening beneath the surface and turn insight into action. I ask direct questions, challenge assumptions, and help you find your path to meaningful results, always with empathy, curiosity, and zero judgment.

Outside of work, I am a proud husband and father. My son inspires me each day to lead with presence, integrity, and purpose. As a Chinese American who has worked across nonprofits, politics, and technology, I bring a multicultural and multidisciplinary perspective to my coaching, something many clients deeply value.
